TeraScan® and TeraVision™

TeraScan® fulfils your requirement for a fully automated satellite data processing system. From raw data to level 3 products, TeraScan® generates the products that you need to run a world-class data processing facility. Over the past quarter of a century, TeraScan® has a proven track record of high reliability and ease of maintenance, resulting in a low long-term low-cost of ownership.

TeraVision™ is the main tool for visualization in the SeaSpace arsenal of software products. It reads data in its native TeraScan® Data Format (.tdf) and can output data in multiple data formats. The graphical user interface allows easy navigation and enhancement, and caters to the direct application of math functions to the data. Add-ons include Vulcan for wildfire management and Dvorak for tropical cycle analysis.

NEW TeraCat™

Introducing the TeraScan® data cataloging system, TeraCat™. TeraCat™ is a cataloging tool that allows the user to archive, search, and retrieve data through a web-based interface. TeraCat™ is an all-inclusive system that includes a server, database and software. Use TeraCat™ to access and view your data from wherever you are located via the web, or to share your data with customers. However you use TeraCat™, it is bound to make your life easier.

NEW StormTracker™

StormTracker™ allows you to animate and share your meteorological data online. Easily add an unlimited number of geographical regions and data types through the web administrator page. StormTracker™ imports all jpg files, even those not output from a TeraScan® system.

StormTracker™ is useful for interagency use, as well as a method to share environmental data animations with the public. In these times of nearly universal web access, amateur science enthusiasts will enjoy tracking a low pressure system race across their town, watch an eddy travel across the sea, view the seasonal changes in sea surface temperature, and more.

NEW HotSpot™ and Vulcan

HotSpot™ is a web based product that displays fires detected using satellite data over the users area(s) of interest. At its core is the TeraScan® VULCAN software, a sophisticated software program that detects and monitors wildfires. VULCAN downloads real-time, high-resolution data directly from the satellites and uses the powerful TeraScan® software to process the data into maps that show the location and estimated size and intensity of wildfires. This data is transmitted to users via email and posted to the HotSpot™ webpage.

SeaSpace Corporation’s TeraScan® VULCAN is a sophisticated software program that detects and monitors wildfires based on satellite data. VULCAN downloads real-time, high-resolution data directly from the satellites and uses the powerful TeraScan® software to process the data into maps that show the location and estimated size and intensity of wildfires.

REPS™

The Rapid Environmental Processing System (REPS™), the successor to RaMPS™, can rapidly process 150 MODIS products. It is a completely automated processing system, and runs with the industry standard TeraScan® acquisition and processing software.

REPS™ runs on the Linux operating system, and is available in either a rack-mounted or desktop configuration.
